Frank is a partner at Atlas specialized in transfer pricing and tax valuations. He heads the corporate/international tax team as well as the transfer pricing team.

Frank studied Accountancy at Nyenrode Business University. He started his career serving as a tax and transfer pricing auditor with the Dutch tax authorities, after which he worked as a transfer pricing manager in one of the Big Fours’ global transfer pricing services team.

After that, Frank became a senior associate at DLA Piper, where he was seconded to the firm’s Los Angeles office in 2009. In 2010 Frank co-founded a transfer pricing boutique firm.

Frank has been assisting Atlas' clients as a counsel since 2013, and became a partner in 2015. His practice focuses on transfer pricing design, documentation and implementation, as well as tax valuations.
