Jord started his career at Atlas in 2020.

He mainly focuses on advising on tax matters relating to transactions such as tax due diligence, tax structuring, SPA negotiations and the design of management incentive plans. His clients are primarily Dutch and foreign private equity firms including their portfolio investments.

Jord has recently been involved in:

• The acquisition of New Office Centre Beheer by Standard Investment
• The acquisition of Asbipro by IPCOM Group
• The acquisition of Base Logistics by Staci Group

Jord completed his Master's degree in Tax Law at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and holds a BSc in Tax Economics from the University of Amsterdam. He is a prospective member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB).
